Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into thick chips
4 pieces of cod or haddock fillets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup cold beer
Vegetable oil, for frying

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
